Nina is a bright, thoughtful and enthusiastic person who has always had an affinity for children. Nina has been an elementary school teacher since 1993. Each August, she looks forward to getting back to her students. Nina currently teaches part-time, helping 2nd - 5th grade students struggling with math. She doesn't just want them to be good at math; she wants them to LOVE it as much as she does.She has also taught children with emotional difficulties, second grade, and gifted kids too. You would know how much she cares about 'her kids', as she calls her students, if you heard her talk with them or read the cards they have made her over the years.

Being a mom is the best thing in the world to Nina! Our lives are all about playing and exploring. She loves nothing more than to spend days with Sabrina going to parks, trying puzzles, coloring, playing doctor, racing cars, building with blocks, playing house, digging in the sandbox, reading stories, helping Sabrina write and mail 'notes'to people she cares about, visiting family, and having play-dates with friends. When she does find some spare time, Nina likes to bake, read, do arts and crafts projects and take digital photographs. Here she is clapping after Sabrina (?)
